REFERRALS FOR LEASING & MANAGEMENT PROSPECTS 

The special referral fees listed below are for management and rental prospects. All referral fees will be paid when the property is leased, after all parties have moved in, and the lease fee has been collected. All referral fees will be paid to the referring broker. All of the rental referral fees listed below are based on a one-year lease term, all referrals less than one year will be pro-rated accordingly. Remember, we only lease and manage properties for owners and investors. We do not list or sell!

MANAGEMENT REFERRALS:  Are 20% of One Month’s Rent

RENTAL PROSPECT REFERRALS:  Are 10% of One Month’s Rent *

RENTAL PROSPECT & LEASE ONLY MANAGEMENT REFERRALS: Are 10% of One Month’s Rent *

*Fees will be prorated on terms less than 12 months
